Upon final payment for any commissioned project, the client assumes ownership of the final delivered assets, unless specifically outlined otherwise in a separate project contract. Creatiplex Solutions retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.

4. Revisions and Modifications

We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction. However, the number of revisions included in a project will be defined in the initial project proposal or contract. Any requests for modifications outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
